Focus on Facts and Food for Thought

The Employee Experience Game is a board game which helps HR teams to grow their employee experience awareness. Teams answer questions and complete assignments within a limited amount of time. An experienced facilitator provides guidance during the game by explaining the rules and asking questions. The facilitator fulfills the role of timekeeper, jury and inspirer. We play the game with a minimum of 6 and maximum of 16 participants over 3 to 4 teams.

The tailored questions and assignments include the following three important Employee Experience themes:

Highest Roll, First Turn!

All participating teams answer questions and complete assignments. The team that comes up with the best answer, wins a ‘Happy Employee’. The team that finishes with the most ‘Happy Employees’, wins the game. Just like in daily business. Beware: There are also unhappy employees in this game!

During the intake, we will get to know your organization and its challenges and we will discuss the cause and desired result after completing the game. We will make a fitting selection of questions to ensure the game is tailored towards your company and the reason why you want to play the Game. A few examples of questions and assignments:

  • What makes working for this company really nice?
  • Which are the three main reasons for employees to leave?
  • Draw the ideal work place and include five important elements.
  • Which channels do you use to contact each other? Name as many as possible.
  • What would you need NOW to be able to improve your work starting tomorrow?

Following Completion of the Game

You will have a better understanding of what Employee Experience means for your company, you will have exchanged knowledge, you are inspired and may have specific ideas to take the next step. In addition, you will be stronger as a team, because you will have learned about each team member’s knowledge, experience and forte. Plus, what’s very important: you will have had lots of fun!

The game workshop will take 2 hours and costs €2,000 including intake, tailored questions, excluding VAT and costs for catering and location. The Game can be played in English or Dutch.

We can play the game wherever you like. A specialist in the field of Customer and Employee Experience provides guidance during the Game.

Ready to Get Started?

In addition, you can add a workshop to playing The Employee Experience Game. During the workshop, you will formulate the three main action points resulting from the Game. The more specific the better, because you will also make a plan of action. Which results would you like to achieve and within which time frame? How do you measure success? And most importantly: how will you make sure that day-to-day business does not obstruct your actions?

Playing the EX Game and making a plan of action will take 3 hours and costs €2,500 excluding VAT, costs for catering and location.
