The Employee Experience Game is a board game which helps
- HR teams and management to grow their employee experience awareness.
- employees to share their story and experiences as input for strategy, improvement plans or policy
Teams answer questions and complete assignments within a limited amount of time. An experienced facilitator provides guidance during the game by explaining the rules and asking questions. The facilitator fulfills the role of timekeeper, jury and inspirer. We play the game with a minimum of 6 and maximum of 16 participants over 3 to 4 teams.
